MOST IMPORTANT RULES

1. Smoking tobacco products, e-cigarettes and use spray aerosols (e.g. hairsprays) is prohibited in the MCT rooms, corridors and entrances to buildings. Failure to comply with the above will result in calling the appropriate Services (Fire Department, Police) and imposing a financial penalty.

2. It is prohibited to (unreasonably) activate fire extinguishers located in MCT buildings. Except where the situation requires it – during a fire.

3. Prohibition of ‘exhaust shooting’ and the use of ‘launching procedures’ on the MCT Site.

VOLXZONE EVENT SCHEDULE

Regardless of the day you arrive, the collection of accommodation for people who have been accommodated on the MCT will take place at the RECEPTION OF THE MCT HOTEL (see map). All cars taking part in the Before Party at the MCT Hotel on Friday 04.07.2025 must be moved to the MC, where they will be set up. The gates in both locations are closed at night, and security is on duty to ensure safety. We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule and modify the regulations at any time if necessary.

Thursday – 03.07.2025

Before Party at the MCT Hotel

Anyone who received a positive response to the application and is on the entry list can take part in the Before Party. Gate opening hours: 10:00-22:00. At the gate we will give you entry number and voucher to collect entry package. We will also charge you with entry fee.

Friday – 04.07.2025

First day of the event, entry and parking of cars on the MCT.

People who have previously been to the Before Party and have entry numbers will be immediately placed in their destinations after driving from the Hotel. Commuters will receive stickers with the entry number, a fee will be charged and a voucher for collecting the entry package will be given.

COLLECTION OF ENTRY PACKAGES

At the entrance, after receiving a sticker with the entrance number, you will also receive a special voucher entitling you to collect the entry package. Collection will be possible on Saturday from 1:00 p.m., right after the official premiere of the event poster and the cover of VOLXZONE #8 magazine. The voucher will be “validated” like a ticket, so you can use it only once. Part of it will remain for you as a souvenir.

ACCOMMODATION

Room keys and payment for accommodation at the MCT Centre should be collected at the RECEPTION of the MCT HOTEL. MAP OF MCT AREA AT TOP OF PAGE.

UNLOADING CAR TRAILERS

TENT SITE

CAMPER PARKING

TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Participants take part in the event at their own risk.
1.2. Each participant is responsible for their property and is obliged to secure it against loss or destruction.
1.3. The Organizer is not responsible for lost or destroyed property or any other damage caused by random events.
1.4. Joining the event is tantamount to accepting these Regulations and expressing consent to sharing their personal data for identification and contact purposes.
1.5. The Organizer undertakes to process the personal data of participants in accordance with the applicable provisions of the GDPR. The data will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the event. Participants have the right to access their data, correct it, delete it and limit its processing in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
1.6. The Organizer reserves the right not to allow a vehicle into the event if it significantly differs from the car reported during selection.

SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTICIPANTS

2.1. Each participant is responsible for the damage they cause.
2.2. During the event, participants are required to comply with these Regulations, road traffic regulations and public order regulations.
2.3. It is forbidden for people under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants to drive vehicles.
2.4. In the event of driving a vehicle on the event grounds in a state indicating the consumption of alcohol or under the influence of other intoxicants, the participant will be removed from the event and the appropriate services will be informed.
2.5. The speed limit on the event grounds is 10 km/h.
2.6. Vehicle traffic on the event grounds is in accordance with the provisions of the road traffic law, therefore participants are obliged to exercise particular caution.
2.7. It is forbidden to shoot from the exhaust, use starting procedures and other behaviors that may disturb the peace or safety of the event. Failure to comply with this prohibition may result in the removal of the participant from the event and consequences that may affect the possibility of organizing the event in the future.
2.8. The organizer reserves the right to confiscate vehicle keys in the event of a participant’s flagrant violation of the regulations, which could endanger the safety of other participants.
2.9. The organizer is not responsible for any injuries, personal injury or property damage occurring at the event, unless they result from the organizer’s gross negligence.
2.10. The organizer is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including other event participants and service providers.

ORGANIZATION AND RULES OF PARTICIPATION

3.1. An event participant is required to wear a wristband received after verification and show it upon request of the security services or the organizer.
3.2. Parking vehicles at the event is only permitted in places designated by the organizer. Blocking the fire road and technical passage is prohibited.
3.3. The organizer may exclude a participant from the event before it begins or during the event if they violate the Regulations, disturb the order and, despite warnings, do not improve their behavior.
3.4. Each participant is required to place a sticker with the entry number in the place designated by the organizer.
3.5. Participants are required to unload vehicles in the place designated by the organizer.
3.6. Car transporters and tow trucks must be parked only in places designated by the organizer.
3.7. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry of a vehicle to the event area if its condition or appearance significantly differs from the vehicle reported during selection.

FINAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to the Regulations before and during the event.
4.2. The organizer reserves the right to use film materials and photos documenting the course of the event with the participation of participants and guests for advertising and marketing purposes of the “VOLXZONE EVENT” event. Participation in the event is tantamount to consenting to the use of the participant’s image in promotional materials published on various types of tangible and intangible media.
